Are you interested in volunteering at the Boys Basketball games this season? Ms. Perkins is looking for 5 to 6 responsible students to help with scoreboard, scorebook, and working at the front door table. Volunteers must meet the same grade and behavior requirements as our student athletes. If you are interested or would like more details, please pick up a schedule and interest form from Ms. Perkins in Room 207 today or Monday at lunch. Volunteer schedules will be announced by next Friday.

The girls' Div. II basketball team would like to recognize Lilette Gorosfieta as our player of the game last night. Lilette made our first basket of the game and had several rebounds and steals. She also maintains A's in all of her classes. Way to go, Lilette! We are proud of you.

Poetry Writing Club:  We will meet today at lunch to work on computers and do some writing. Bring your lunch to room 224.

Reminder: The February short story contest presented by the Poetry and Writing club deadline is February 12. Submit your short stories about Family Tradition Culture Heritage or Love to Ms Famiano. 

We will be having a lunchtime basketball game today between team Tommy and team Lamont. Players please grab your lunches quickly and report to the yard by 12:50.

All students interested in playing ultimate frisbee for the AoA club please meet in the library at the beginning of lunch.

We will be having a lunchtime basketball game today between team Tommy and team Mujahid. Players please grab your lunches quickly and report to the yard by 12:50.

We are trying something new during lunch and break. The full court closest to the fence is reserved for girls basketball. 

This should not have to be a reminder but it has come to our attention that some students think that lockers can be used as trash cans. Students do not use lockers as trash cans, recycle bins, and especially not compost bins!  Please put your food, trash and recycle in the appropriate bins.

There is ultimate frisbee practice today at lunch.  After you eat your lunch make your way out to the blacktop for practice.

We will be having a DI girls basketball game today at 4pm against Lincoln Middle School. The girls Div I basketball team will be released from class at 3:15 to travel to Lincoln. Players need to wait for an announcement before being released from class and then change into their uniforms and meet in front of the gym by 3:25 in order to leave as soon as the bell rings.
