Make sure you remember to register online if you have not.  It must be done by the time we get back from break.  Also don't forget to do your workouts.

AoA Ultimate: 

We have a scrimmage today.  If you attended yesterdays practice you are eligible to play.  See you at the field by 3:35.  

Please check the lost and found for any items that could possibly be yours!  It will be cleaned out and donated tomorrow!
